The first person to die because of Hamlet's actions is Polonius, who Hamlet stabs in the mistaken belief that he is King Claudius. This indirectly causes Ophelia's death. Hamlet then kills, in succession, Rosencrantz, Guildenstern, Laertes and Claudius.

He assigns sentries to guard the unburied bodies. The sentries catch Princess Antigone in the act of giving her brother Polyneices' body a second partial burial and anointing.
Horatio
Both are manipulated by their fathers. Hamlet is persuaded by his father's ghost that he must avenge his father's murder by Claudius, but he doesn't really want to do it. Ophelia is persuaded by her father, Polonius, to find out from Hamlet what is wrong, but she doesn't really want to do it. Both have their fathers killed. Both can be said to suffer insanity.

Laertes tries to kill Hamlet and is successful.
Laertes is the son of Polonius and brother to Ophelia whom Hamlet loves. King Claudius poisons Laertes's sword with the intent to kill Hamlet in the tragedy play by Shakespeare titled Hamlet.
Claudius cannot take abrupt and violent steps against Hamlet because he does not want to offend his wife or his people, both of whom love Hamlet.

It's easier to talk about who is related to whom. Hamlet is Gertrude's son and Claudius's nephew and stepson, and of course the son of the Ghost. Polonius is Laertes's father and Ophelia's father. Everyone else is unrelated.
