It means she cant dance well, and the idiom is wrong, it should be two left feet.

Try Simple Gifts ('Tis the gift to be simple...), an old Shaker song, which is also a round dance.
Religious role of Dance is to stop thinking, to start BEING. It brings YOU into the NOW. Many things bring people to living in the now, Dance, Gardening, Sky diving, some get there faster, some last longer some shorter. The goal should be for constant now constant prayer.

Simple Gifts is an old Shaker song, actually it is considered a dance song. Probably the best known version is by English songwriter Sydney Carter, who adapted the Shaker tune for his song "Lord of the Dance", first published in 1963; which unfortunately has made it into way too many Catholic Churches.
I think you heard this idiom incorrectly. There's one about someone having two left feet, which means they can't dance very well. I don't know any idioms about left elbows though.
yes. 2 way spindle joints. It allows them to break dance to any tune.
