No she is not. Miss Korea Chang Yoon Jeong is very beautiful and in my opinion deserved the 1988 Miss Universe title. Jang Yoon Jung the singer is also lovely but not pagaent material (both body and face). Both are beautiful though I do love Chang Yoon Jeong. (She was so precious as a high schooler in the 1988 Miss Universe) Sorry if this sounds very biased lol.

Like any other normal person. What you see on stage doesn't reflect the singer's dressing code. During a performance they wear a costume of the part they're playing/singing; any other time they wear what they want.

KPOP is a profession that is very Axiom based. While a person does not have to be an East Asian they need to speak the language to sing and promote. There is also a high degree of xenophobia and ethnocentrism in Korea, so it is unlikely that a Non-Korean KPOP singer (even if the singer is Chinese or another East Asian national) would be well received by a Korean audience.
Yes, it can be, used as the proper adjective for the proper noun Korea (Korean peninsula, Korean food). Korean is also a noun, for the language or as a demonym for a person from Korea.
