Lastly, the play ends in a wedding; which is a common ending to a comedy play. Many of Shakespeare's plays included deaths, weddings, comical miss understandings, and love. the play "much ado about nothing" embodies all of these traits and so is arguably one of the best examples of a classic comedy.

∙ 10y agoThere's nothing tragic about it. Hero doesn't really die and she forgives Claudio for embarassing her. Beatrice and Benedick get together and the bad guy, Don John, gets caught. Everyone who should be happy at the end is happy, and it ends with a wedding--classic Shakespearean comedy.
