Dance is considered a sport by many people. Although it is actually just a hobbie. Is provides exercise for young kids and weak kids, teens and older. When they start as a young kid it is exercise to them but as they get older they don't get any stronger so they still sweat. If someone like me as a fitness trainer or even a normal person tried it, usually it would be piece of cake. It is not a Official Sport. But it is a hobbie that it good to burn time but you should be doing athletic things too like Baseball or Karate.
