With everything that has happened with the feud between the Capulet and the Montague feud, Juliet faced some pressures. The first pressure Juliet faced was to marry Paris without her consent from her. “I pray you, tell my lord and father, madam, I will not marry; yet, and when I do, I swear, it shall be Romeo, whom you know I hate, rather than Paris.”(iii.v, 121-124) “Deny thy father and refuse thy name; or, if thou wilt not, be sworn my love, and I’ll no long be a Capulet.” (ii.ii, 34-36)
1. Romeo's friends encourage him to go to the Capulet's party in order to meet women. He isn't really comfortable with the idea of crashing a party at first and feels like something bad is going to happen but his friends convince him to in the end.
2. Juliet didn't care about marriage. But everyone at that time was getting married and having children way too young so her parents arranged for her to marry Paris.
3. Romeo and Juliet were forced apart due to the feud between their families.
