Well yes and no. These letters trick people into buying the book BUT if you read the letter then you will see that it clearly states you do not have to buy the book. I myself received the same letter today, and I am still going to return my artists proof but I will not order the book! If I do win then I get some cash but if not then who cares, I still have my poem to read and if people buy the book they may see me and my poetry in it.
