well, due to a constant attack from the russellites on the border of the River Thames, nearly 54% of the English civilians were killed. To escape the russellites civilians traveled from place to place trying to evade them, so their were not many established cities in the time of Shakespeare. It is a common theory by many historians that shakespeare was poisoned on May 4th, 1607 by a russellite and died shortly after.
