To dance the Carinosa, start by positioning yourself with your partner facing each other, with a light hold. The dance begins with a gentle sway, using your feet to create soft steps in time with the music. Incorporate playful movements like twirls and hand gestures, often mimicking the traditional fan or handkerchief motions. Finally, maintain eye contact and smile to embody the dance's affectionate spirit.
