Five of six would be Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Barritone and Bass, Soprano being the highest female voice, and alto lower. Tenor is the higher male voice, with barritone and bass being sequentially lower. These ranges actually overlap, as I as a tenor can hit many notes in the alto and soprano range, even though I am male. I can also dive into the barritone and even a little of the bass. In barbershop chorus, there are four vocal ranges. Tenor (the highest, usually sung by a young boy) Lead (the melody) Barritone (counter melody, lower) and Bass (bass)

Well the main ones are

Male- Highest to Lowest

Boy Soprano

Boy Alto

Counter Tenor

Tenor

Baritone

Bass

Female-Highest to Lowest

Soprano

Mezzo soprano

Contralto

Now there are smaller ones like Coloratura Soprano which is a very high pitched soprano with the ability to hit notes very fast in succession one another. There are a lot of those though. The ones I mentioned are the most common though.

Why is It is more difficult to sing than to speak because?

Singing requires more control and precision of pitch, tone, and volume compared to speaking.
