"In fair Verona where we lay our scene": the play takes place in Verona.
"Two households . . . break to new mutiny.": Two families are fighting.
"A pair of star-crossed lovers": There are a couple of unlucky lovers in this play.
"From forth the fatal loins of these two foes": And the lovers come from the warring families, apparently.
"Do with their deaths": The unlucky lovers will die
"Do . . . bury their parents' strife.": But the fighting will end because they died.
Benvolio tells Romeo that Juliet is a Capulet at the party.
The nurse tells Juliet about Tybalt's death..
Balthasar, Romeo's servant, brings the news of Juliet's death.
The prologue tells us so, doesn't it: "do with their deaths bury their parents' strife"? And indeed it appears that Montague and Capulet do reconcile at the end of the play. Montague offers to build a statue of Juliet, and Capulet responds by saying he will do the like for Romeo.
Friar Lawrence wants Romeo to do different things depending on what part of the play you are talking about. When they first meet, the friar tells Romeo to go slowly in his relationship with Juliet (as if!).
Romeo's servant Balthazar tells him the news from Verona.
Benvolio tells Romeo that Juliet is a Capulet at the party.
Juliet's Nurse tells Romeo that Juliet is a Capulet, while Romeo's friend Benvolio reveals to Juliet that Romeo is a Montague.
