  • loosing gravity - as it says, you lose gravity. It can look really good if you push yourself back, almost force yourself down to go back

There's many techniques you can use. Physical theater is actually good for any kind of genres, drama, tragedy, comedy etc. You just have to be really careful, choose your movements correctly and make sure it's all timed and organised.
