It depends on who you are. Friar Lawrence in Act 2 thinks he's fickle and impetuous, and those are undesirable. In Act 3 he thinks he's ungrateful, and that's undesirable. In Act 4 the Nurse thinks being banished makes him undesirable as a husband. Tybalt is of the view that his most undesirable quality is being a Montague. Juliet finds no undesirable qualities in him--to her, he is as desirable as anyone could get.
