His story: he was given a prophecy that he would kill his true father and true marry is mother, two people he has never met. The first thing he did wrong was kill a man that was the same age as his father may have been. The next thing he did wrong was marry a woman who was the same age his mother may have been. The third thing he did wrong was pressure the blind prophet into telling Oedipus who the king's killer was (himself)
Oedipus is more good than bad in "Oedipus Rex" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, Oedipus expresses his goodness in defeating the Sphinx, gaining the respect of his people and serving superficially as a personal and professional model of happiness and success. He manifests his badness in his quick temper and rash decision making. But his badness reflects more a mistaken self-image than an evil character.

That he is results oriented but rash are ways in which Oedipus is good and a bad leader in "Oedipus Rex" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, Theban King Oedipus keeps track of what goes on in his city. He leaves no stone unturned in anticipating his people's needs and solving problems, from the Sphinx's riddle to King Laius' murder. But his city matters so much that he gets carried away with his negative and positive emotions and makes reckless promises that come back to haunt him.
Emotionalism, panic and stubbornness are Oedipus' bad traits in "Oedipus Rex" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, Oedipus evidences emotionalism when he quickly escalates conflictual interactions with Teiresias the blind prophet and his brother-in-law Creon. He expresses panic when he runs away from home and when he levels groundless accusations at a royal advisor and a royal colleague just doing their jobs. He manifests stubbornness when he refuses to back down from unfounded accusations against Creon and Teiresias.
That he and his city will benefit from Oedipus' death is the reason why Theseus gives sanctuary to Oedipus in "Oedipus at Colonus" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, Theban King Oedipus calls to mind that his prophesied fate includes one good and two bad components. He describes the good part as relating to the place and significance of his death. He indicates that he will die a special death in a place sacred to the Furies of fate. It is to Athenian King Theseus that Oedipus confers that luck in exchange for sanctuary.
No, he made bad choices.

The family's penury forced them to rely on food banks for their meals.
Some people are oblivious. They don't realize what bad choices that they have made until they have made them. Or they just want to look cool in front of other people. They will do anything just to get other people to like them or feel highly of them. People that will do anything so other people will like them often have insacurity issues. They lack confidence. And in my opinion sometimes the reasoning for their bad choices are pathetic.
You make your own choices.
Depends.
Foods that are not whole grain and empty carbohydrates are bad choices.
