A set of latitude/longitude coordinates describes a single point, so it's not

possible for a whole country to be located at a single set of coordinates.

In this case, that point isn't in any country at all. It's on the Antarctic continent,

more than 300 miles south of the nearest ocean coast, and about 2,840 miles

almost due south of Capetown, South Africa.
