At least a dozen or more women have come forward, stating that the actor molested or raped them when the women were in their 20s. Their accusations likely will never go to court because the statute of limitations expired long ago. So the women have nothing to gain, and their stories are very similar. But as well, Mr. Cosby will not enter a courtroom to prove his innocence---if he is innocent.
