Brutus
Mark Antony was Caesar's immediate successor, but it didn't last long. After Caesar's death there was political turmoil. Antony, as the remaining consul was in charge, but Cicero siding with Octavian removed Antony and even had him declared a public enemy. To make a fast moving story short, the second triumvirate was formed with Octavian not only getting control of Italy, but also of Caesar's troops. So, you could say that Octavian succeeded Julius Caesar, eventually.Mark Antony was Caesar's immediate successor, but it didn't last long. After Caesar's death there was political turmoil. The director is in charge of the artistic and staging decisions. The playwright is in charge of the script (drama). The producer is in charge of all the business and financial decisons. It depends on what you mean by "in charge of of a drama."
Dancers aren't really in charge of anyone. Your coach is the one who is in charge of you. You could help some people if they need help. Your only in charge if say, your coach had to leave for a little while, and he told you that you were in charge. Does that help?
Marcus Antony wanted revenge against Marcus Brutus and Cassius for killing Julius Caesar, so he, Octavius Caesar, and Lepidus decide to send their armies to attack the armies of Brutus and Cassius in the second half of the play.

Although he was in Rome at the time of Caesar's assassination and was one of the conspirators, Decius Brutus had been appointed by Caesar as governor of Cisalpine Gaul.
Brutus asks Strato to kill him so Brutus wouldn't have to die by the enemies sword *<edit> Because the last answer was rather strange I decided to help. Cassius killed himself once he thought his friend (Titinius or something like that) was kidnapped by the enemy. He asked Pindarus (or how ever you spell his name) to kill him. Brutus kills himself later (thanks to the help of Strato) cause he's sure they're are going to lose to Antony. That's how it works in the play Julius Caesar but for all I know the top answer could be true. I rarely look into things deep. 2nd edit brutus kills himself because he feels bad for killing Caesar for no good reason. Cassius kills himself b/c he thought titunius was kidnapped and dead. after all this, Antony, octavius and lepidus are in charge of rome
After the assassination of Julius Caesar power was given to Marc Antony, Octavian and Lepidus in what historians call the Second Triumvirate. They fought a civil war against Brutus and Cassius, the leaders of the plot to assassinate Caesar. After that there were more civil wars. Mark Antony took charge of the eastern part of the empire and Octavian took charge of the western part. There was a one last civil war between these two men. Octavian won and went on to become the first Roman emperor. Historians use the name Augustus for the period when he was the emperor.
Octavian. The grand-nephew of Caesar, was left as the heir in Caesar's will. He later changed his name to Octavian Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus. He became the first Emperor of the Roman Empire which he ruled from 27BC-14AD.
The reign of Julius Caesar was between October 49 BC and 15 March 44 BC.
Brutus
I assume he replaced the title of "general" with "Emperor," but Julius Caesar was in charge of his mass army until the day he died.
The invasion of 55BC was led by Julius Caesar. That invasion was not a success, and he had to return the following year - 54BC.
Julius Caesar started by unifying Rome under his control. By the end of his reign, Rome's territory reached (what would later be called) the English Channel, and nearly encircling the Mediterranean
After the death of Ceasar, Mark Antony had the legal authority because he was the one remaining counsel. Once he had an assessment of the situation he had to walk a diplomatic tightrope between the factions and did the best he could in a very chaotic situation.
