These are the last words he spoke before he died. Et Tu Brute means and you Brutus because Caesar thought Brutus was his friend.

The underlying message is betraying your friends/ stabbing them in the back.

After Caesar is attacked and stabbed multiple times Brutus steps forward to lay the final blow and seal Caesar's fate. Before Brutus can deliver that blow however Caesar says "Eu Tu, Brute?" which means "you too Brutus?".
