Lysander and Hermia would likely have got to Lysander's aunt's place outside the city, and have found a way to be married. Egeus would have been so angry that he would have talked Theseus into banishing them. Meanwhile Demetrius would have been frustrated and angry with tramping around the woods all night and have blamed Helena for the whole thing. Helena would have run off crying and have gone to a convent to become a nun. Demetrius would have become a crabby and abusive bachelor. Hippolyta would not have been impressed with Theseus's governing skills and would have murdered him shortly after their marriage. Lysander and Hermia, being banished from Athens, would have moved to Corinth or Thebes or some other Greek city, and become prosperous and happy.

That's what I think anyway.
