It means we will be under your freedom. The 'we' that this quote is referring to is Burquo, Ross, and Angus from the play Macbeth.
They tell him that he has been made Thane of Cawdor. They don't know that the witches have just finished poredicting this.

In Act 5, Scene 4 of Shakespeare's play "Macbeth," Ross and Macduff decide to join forces with Malcolm and the English army to overthrow Macbeth and restore order to Scotland. They are determined to rid the country of Macbeth's tyrannical rule and bring about a new era of peace and prosperity under Malcolm's leadership.

The three witches were first to hail Macbeth as Thane of Cawdor. They did so, in Act 1 Scene 3, before Macbeth knew of his acquisition of the title and lands. Immediately after the witches' predictions and disappearance, the nobles Angus and Ross officially deliver the news.
"All hail, Macbeth! Hail to thee, Thane of Cawdor!" Macbeth is actually already Thane of Cawdor when the witches. Macbeth was fighting the Norwegians and Macdonweald at Forres when someone else was fighting the Norwegians and Cawdor at Fife, so Macbeth is not even aware that the Thane of Cawdor is an attainted traitor. Hence he scoffs at the idea that he could be Cawdor when "the Thane of Cawdor lives, a prosperous gentleman". However, Ross, Duncan, the witches and the audience know that Macbeth is the new Thane of Cawdor, even though he doesn't.
