Here is what the codes mean.....

A - No limitation

B - No significant limitations

C - No crawling, stooping, running, jumping, marching, or standing for long periods

D - No strenuous activity

E - No assignment to units requiring continued consumption of combat rations

F - No assignment to isolated areas

G - No assignment requiring handling of heavy materials, including weapons; no overhead work, pull-ups, nor pushups

As to how they effect you... they can effect where you are assigned unit wise. If you can stay in the Army and if you do or don't have a profile. If you have a code and don't know why see your training room.
