Shakespeare doesn't say this; Romeo does. Romeo has just spotted the most gorgeous girl he has ever seen at a party. It is, of course, Juliet. He is trying to describe just how beautiful she is.
You know how sometimes someone decorates a cake so beautifully that you don't want to wreck it by cutting it? That cake has a beauty too rich for use; it is so lovely you just want to stare at it, because using it would make it less beautiful. Romeo feels the same way about Juliet, that she is too good to be treated like any ordinary girl.
He says also that she is too valuable ("dear") to be on the earth; she should be in heaven or something.
It means "beauty you own/possess" Hope this helps!
Shakespeare is talking about enduring beauty or grace, and relates this to the comparatively short length of a single season of the year.
What do you mean if Shakespeare have it? If you mean does Shakespeare have what it takes, then yes. He should any way.
Shakespeare cannot be mean - he has been dead for centuries.
It means that beauty comes from within the heart, not from how a person looks.
Do you mean daear? If so that word means the Earth, soil or ground.

In Scene 1 of Act 2 of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," Romeo refers to the earth as "dull" because he is contrasting it with Juliet's beauty and brightness. To him, Juliet is like the sun, illuminating everything around her, while the earth seems uninspiring and ordinary in comparison.

It depends what you mean by "Romance poems". Some of Shakespeare's sonnets are about love, but a lot more are about the ravages of time and the fading of beauty. Venus and Adonis is about sex (it's somewhat pornographic) which might make it a "romance poem".
sweetie . my darling . my love . my dear one.
The homograph for "dear" is "dear." It can mean both loved or cherished, or expensive or high in price.
my dear
