Beggar Children of Emmanuel Torres tells us to be picky on beggars. We shall prefer to help those beggars who "work" to earn alms, like those playing music instruments, dances on the street, or wiping your car's windshield rather than helping the beggars who just sit down the side of the street and stretch their arms hoping someone will give something. And it would be more preferred to help beggar children who "work" hard to earn alms.
