John Proctor is angry at Mary Warren for going to court because he forbid her not to. He believed that the trials were wrong and since she was his servant, he didn't want her to be a part of it. Later though, after Elizabeth was accused he made Mary go back to court and tell them that Abigail and the other girls were faking. Quote: "Be you foolish Mary Warren? Be you deaf? I forbid you leave the house, did I not? Why shall I pay you? I am looking for you more often than my cows!"
Mary Warren is the dynamic character in the play. she changes from being a servant who listens word by word to john proctor and Elizabeth . by the end she tells she is with the court and cannot tell what proctor ask her to tell.

In 'The Crucible,' John Proctor wanted Mary Warren to go to the judges and tell them that his wife, Elizabeth, was falsely accused of witchcraft. He wanted her to come clean about the witchcraft hoax, and expose Abigail as the catalyst.
at the end of act two, we learn that Mary Warren's motives are her actions. when john proctor propmts her to tell the court about the poppet, she expresses her true fears. "abby'll kill me for sayin' that! i cannot, they'll turn on me!" she fears that if she tells the court, she will be accused of witchcraft.
So Mary went to the court and tell the judges that the girls are hoax. Then, the girls pretended as if Mary bewitched them with her powers. The judges were about to sentence Mary and she could not take it anymore. She accused Proctor for forcing her to sign books with her blood at night and that she saw Proctor with the Devil. Proctor was angry and he said he did work with the Devil. There he was sentenced and therefore accused of witchcraft.
Mary Warren is perpetuating falsehood when she aligns herself with Abigail Williams and the other girls, making her complicit with their false visions and accusations of witchcraft. Specifically, once she is convinced by John Proctor to tell the truth about the girls' accusations, she is manipulated by Abigail into recanting her confession and accusing John Proctor of attempting to coerce her into a compact with the Devil.
She is PREGNANT!!
because abigail had threaten her that she would kill her. :)
She didn't accuse him, Marry Warren did because she couldn't tell the truth about not seeing any wittches.
