After Beatrice has teased him at the masked ball, Benedick says:
O, she misused me past the endurance of a block!

answered her; my very visor began to assume life and
scold with her.
He is really saying the same thing three times. He is saying that she said such rude things about him that even an inanimate object would have got mad and started to argue with her: a block of wood would not have been able to endure; an oak tree so near death that it has only one leaf would have spoken; the very mask or visor Benedick was wearing would have come to life. Of course Benedick couldn't argue with her because he wanted to keep his identity secret; Beatrice of course knew that, which is why she was saying such rude things in the first place.

The green part of the leaf is green because of the chlorophyll inside
When green and red light shine on a green leaf, the green light is mostly absorbed by chlorophyll for photosynthesis. The red light is less efficiently absorbed, so some is reflected back, leading to the leaf appearing green to our eyes.

Chromatography is the laboratory technique used to separate the different pigments in a green leaf. The leaf pigments are separated based on their solubility in the solvent used. By analyzing the bands of separated pigments, researchers can identify and quantify the different pigments present in a leaf.
