In the pond. (If he jumps, he lands in the pond.)
The poem "Daddy Fell into the Pond" By Alfred Noyes is a humorous poem. It tells about how everybody was miserable because it was a gross day outside. Near the end of the day, the author's father fell into the pond and everybody burst out laughing. Everybody cheered up and took a picture of it and the day was just better for everyone.
James Pond.
The humorous answer is to say "there aren't two lily pads in the pond, only one." The mathematical answer is that identical lily pads would take 29 days to fill the pond (not 15), because after the first day, a single lily pad would be twice its size, or the same size as the set of two would be to start out.
