There's plenty. A lot of it is delivered by Horatio and Claudius. Some events, such as the Fortinbras story, Hamlet's eventful sea voyage, and the death of Ophelia, are told entirely in exposition. Everyone adopts the same lyrical, almost Homeric tone when delivering exposition, as if to compensate.
