This is a good one for a guy, but not a girl. Girl's would get ticked. Make him think he has a love interest who's hot for him. Be sure to give him a detailed description like measurements and what not and tell him to meet her in a certain place like a restaurant or something. It's even funnier if you can get there first and make everyone else, complete strangers, aware of the prank. Wait til he's sitting at the table waiting for her. Have some drop dead gorgeous girl come up, (so he thinks it's her) smile and walk on and have a guy following her dressed in drag with a wig. this works even better if he knows the guy in drag. OR Do the same as above, but tell him that the girl will be carrying a white rose. Then get there early and pass out white roses to every woman there. OR Same as above (without the roses) and when he sits and waits for her, have random women come up to him every couple of minutes and ask him "are you Tony?" "are you Bill?" "Are you David?" Any name but his.
