The word is anagram.

Its not an anagram its an acronym! An anagram is when a word can make many different words. For example, the name "Count Olaf" as sen in The Series of Unfortunate Events holds such words as "fan" and "an". An example of an acronym is following:

C- Cool

O- Outstanding

U- Unbelievable

N- Not A Horrid man

T- Terrific

O- Outstanding

L- Lying Seems Terrible To Him

A- Amazing

F- Fantastic

As you can see, an anagram and an acronym are two very different things! By the way, the acronym above is not necessarily true, but merely an example.
