There isn't necessarily anything special about William Shakespeare's bones as much as his actually burial site. During his time, people would re-use graves because gravediggers didn't want to keep digging new pits to place the dead bodies in.
Shakespeare's grave reads
"Good frend for Iesvs sake forbeare,
To digg the dvst encloased heare.
Bleste be ye man yt spares thes stones,
And cvrst be he yt moves my bones"
which gives off a mysterious and eerie illusion as to his bones. He more than likely chose to write this (if indeed he did write this passage himself before he died) because he would not want to be buried in a pit with other bodies. He descried his feelings about death quite clearly in his play Hamlet, where he stated that it doesn't matter who you are on earth because we will all eventually end up the same way- dead. This may be one of the reasons why he wanted a special burial site; in order to separate him from the masses. Many people hold the opinion that Shakespeare's bones were special in some way, but nobody truly knows because, to this day, his bones have remained unmoved.
