Yes, it is available for windows 7. You can run Turbo C in windows 7 basically using DOS Box emulator. Turbo C works fine with windows 7. Up to now, many programmers use Turbo C in programming C in windows environment.
windows 7 ultimate
Windows 7 Home Premium is one of the newest software. But it is not the best. Windows 7 Ultimate is currently the best software. You can access more things with Windows 7 Ultimate than Windows 7 Home Premium.

Most BNSF emulators will work on Windows 7. You may have to adjust how it runs, use compatability mode or other workarounds for some emulators, but they will eventually work.
It is probably windows 7 home premium
I guess you wanted to ask: why don't DOS-programs (like TurboC and programs generated by TurboC) run on Windows 7? Answer: it is by design; unlike older versions, Windows 7 doesn't have a built-in DOS-emulator. Download and use DosBox.
Unfortunetaly you can't. You can get a Windows setup on a Mac with Apples BootCamp drivers for a full native install or with an emulator like Parallels or VMWare that run in the background.
I think your best bet is to partition your hard drive and run two operating systems. I think the platform of both operating systems are different. some older programs use MS-DOS which can run in windows 98 but wont run in XP and higher versions of windows. there are also emulator programs you can use to run older programs. As for running 98 in a windows 7 environment I don't believe that is possible.
Google currently offers the best search engine software for Windows 7 devices.
