Tybalt wants to copy Romeo's homework.

Because he is now related to Tybalt (Juliet's cousin) because he married Juliet and does not want to harm his own cousin. He now has love for the Capulets.

Romeo is well respected by the citizens of Verona, and Capulet thinks Romeo carries himself like a gentleman of dignity. Plus there's the incentive of that lovely execution for the next person to disturb the peace (Thank you, Prince Escalus). Exactly what he would want for his nephew.
