Wikipedia says: The song is about a predatory woman by the name of Susie, who seduces Jackson before plotting to stab him with a knife.
My own Interpretation: The song is about AIDS/HIV. Susie IS the AIDS virus. The lyrics warn men not to have one night stands for Susie (aids) will come back to kill them for it. The 'dance' is sex. And Susie (aids) is now out to get him........so watch out.
However, Michael himself has denied that the song is about AIDS.
