The entire story is a build up to the last few lines of the song. Immortal Technique uses this intense story to make the point of the song clear. It states "If the Devil wants to dance with you you better say never cause a dance with the Devil might last you forever."
He is telling you not to make the wrong decision, which in his terms is rape, murder, and selling cocaine, because it may stay with you for the rest of your life. But it can apply to any crime. He's telling you that one thing leads to another. Avoid sins as much as possible. I've heard people interpret it as "every sin is equal in the eyes of the lord." He is obviously more hardcore than that and means more with his song. But certain sins like having sex before marriage would be a simple example of a decision that you won't be able to take back and it will stay with you forever. Drinking on the other hand is an example of a sin you should be weary of but you won't necessarily be affected by it.
This song obviously doesn't have a biblical meaning, but it can be interpreted as so. There is the simple message telling us to steer clear from most things bad.
