I am sure they had some kind of out-house available. An out-house is simply a deep hole or trench in the ground with a bench where you can sit and deposit your waste. It usually is an enclosure for privacy. We have similar enclosures today, the port-a-potty or other trade name. And like today, they were located a little bit away from the performance.

The first Globe Theatre was destroyed by a fire in 1613, and then rebuilt in 1614. When the Purtain's succeeded in closing down theatre it was demolished in 1644. The new Globe theatre was opened in 1997, where it remains standing today. It does not stand in the same place as the original Globe theatre though.
