There are two types of dresses that dancers wear: the school dress and the solo dress. The school dress is something the school you attend designs, and everybody that goes to that school has one. A solo dress is a dress you can buy when you get into higher levels. This is the one you wear to feises, which are competitions, in high levels. Lower levels just wear the school dresses. Solo dresses are your own dress and you can buy whatever one suits you the best. Lots of them have bright colours and sparkles to get the judges to notice them.
