You need to be able to work with people of course, because you can't get hired otherwise. What kind of personality you need isn't actually definite, because it doesn't come into play too much when acting. What's really important is how well you can become another personality. If you can quickly change what emotion you're showing and what kind of person you seem to be, then you're most likely a good actress.
