The key to this song, sung by Amiens in the play As You Like It 2,5 is in the second verse:
Who doth ambition shun,
And loves to live i' the sun,
Seeking the food he eats
And pleased with what he gets,
Come hither, come hither, come hither:
Here shall he see no enemy
But winter and rough weather.
So Amiens says that if you are not ambitious, like to live outdoors, don't mind having to find yourself something to eat and aren't too fussy about what you get, you could live with him and his friends and your only problem is the weather. Essentially they are homeless people, and have been portrayed as hoboes or hippies on stage.
Shakespeare, by the way, had no liking whatsoever for this kind of life. He preferred to have a steady job and a nice house to live in. But he wrote this song because it was the life his characters liked to live.
