The "Rollback" is Dulle's doctrine which recommended to the capitalist States to ignore or repress every communist State to show to the other countries that these States aren't legitim. Dulles doctrine was invented during the Cold War and the German capitalist State (BRD) used it for example against the German communist State (DDR) -Germany were divided in two parts- so that the armee didn't help the citizents during the demonstrations on June, the 17th 1953 and let the communist armee kill 125 persons and 18 others sentenced to death because of their role duing the events.
