They certainly do! In Act 1 Scene 5, Romeo grabs her hand at the Capulet's party and, without introducing himself or anything, says "If I profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine the gentle sin is this: my lips, two blushing pilgrims ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." And Juliet responds "Good pilgrim you do wrong your hand too much, that mannerly devotion shows in this. For saints have hands that holy palmers touch and hand to hand is holy palmers' kiss."

They are at the party. Romeo sidles over and, taking her hand, casually remarks, "If I profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a gentle kiss." Juliet keeps her cool and cannot help but notice that he is talking in rhyming iambic pentameter. Not to be outdone, she replies, "Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much, which mannerly devotion shows in this, for saints have hands that pilgrim's hands do touch, and hand to hand is holy palmer's kiss." In other words, he can keep on holding the hand, but lay off the lips. "Have not saints lips, and holy palmers too?" he asks but she comes right back with "Ay, pilgrim, lips that they must use in prayer." He continues, not forgetting to rhyme, "O then dear saint let lips do what hands do! They pray, grant thou, lest faith turn to despair." and she returns with "Saints do not move, though grant for prayers' sake." Now, Romeo has been counting lines and knows that they are at thirteen, and so it is time to finish the Sonnet with a couplet. "Then move not while my prayer's effect I take" he says and then the snogging starts.
