Swords and knives for the battle scenes. The murderers need weapons also, both the knives Macbeth kills Duncan with and the weapons Banquo is murdered with. Macbeth says that he has a "warlike shield" as well when fighting Macduff. The banquet scene requires tables, chairs and drinking vessels of some kind. The witches should have some kind of cauldron and stuff to throw into it during the "Double double toil and trouble" chant. Duncan gives Lady M a jewel which could be represented by a prop. Other than these things, it's up to the director to choose the props he wants used.
The only type of weapons mentioned in the script are daggers (the murder of Duncan). Because Shakespeare never had stage directions, prop lists, etc, it's possible for directors to make shows like Macbeth very flexible. I've seen versions of Macbeth done in WWII settings, where soldiers carried AK-47s and used artillery guns, but certain murders (namely, Duncan's) always used daggers (though they could be substituted for modern day combat knives)
