Shakespeare died in Stratford on 23rd April 1616 three days before the 52nd anniversary of his baptism.
Shakespeare's died on the 23 of April 1616 at the age of 52 in his home in Stratford upon Avon. He was buried two days later on the 25, in Holy Trinity Church, Stratford.
