The First Dance was done around 5000 BC when the son of Able Britt Sloan from the tribe of Evanston (Adam and Eves Grand Son) was working in the fields with his brother Richard Sloan (later to become king of the west vally.) The Two were told to work quickly but they were tired so they rested under an olive tree. They were unaware they were resting among a large red ant bed. the two young men quickly became lunch and started moving around quicly to try to shake off the ants. From about a half mile away there were a group people playing music. From far off they could see the two moving around and it looked as if they were moving to the music. The group tried the moves themselves and Dancing began. You can find more on the subject by reading about the Princes Dulce Sloan of the west vally.
