Hi. Im Duncan Perry. Im a magician at my school and i preform on the streets. I preform in bars and some cruise ships, too. I would start out on a street. NOT a place where people are in a hurry like a subway. If you do preety well at that, try opening about a 30 minute show at a bar. As you get better, more people will come to watch. You most definatly want to learn to ollie. that is the most vital trick. you need to know how to ollie for almost every other trick. after you learn how to ollie, some good tricks to know are the pop shuvit, kickflip, tre flip, and some other simpler tricks. it would also be good to learn to do some old school tricks to throw into your bag of tricks. learning how to grind is also important in street skating to once you got basic flip tricks down.

Most definitely, if you see some of the tricks professionals perform, such as sawing people in half or street magic involving the person doing something with glass or such, it's tricks like that with the potential for a hospital visit.

No the're not. He is just very good with sleight of hand, and manages to create some good gimmicks which make his tricks possible. If you go onto youtube and type in "David Blaine magic tricks revealed" you can see how some of his more simple magic tricks are done.

You could also pick up some trick decks which have special tricks in order to make it seem like you are doing magic, and they are all safe.
