Take a look at the book Burleigh, by Julie McKeown

Publisher: Richard Dennis Publications Dist (July 26, 2006) ISBN-10: 0903685809 ISBN-13: 978-0903685801 It costs $82 on Amazon.com. I am told that page 74 has images of Burleigh's Shakespeare jugs. As well as Shakespeare himself, the series includes Romeo, Falstaff, Julius Caesar, Midsummer Night's Dream, Cardinal Wolsey, Touchstone, Shylock, and Macbeth. They were modeled by Ernest T. Bailey and produced around 1950.
