The heat of the summer day is a kind of pathetic fallacy where the surroundings reflect the emotions of the people. Tybalt is in the heat of anger, Romeo is in the heat of love, everybody is hot and ready to explode.

Good grief, yes. Just for starters, how about the costumes people choose for themselves at the Capulet party. Each is symbolic of some aspect of the character of the person wearing it. The storm clouds which form over the ruined theatre where Mercutio is killed are an example of pathetic fallacy, where the weather symbolizes the mood of the characters.
