No it has never been officially released on dvd. There are copies out there to buy and there are bit-torrent copies you can download from a few sites. I heard it never got released because of a combination of a pending copyright issue and because of complaints about the programme spreading negative racial stereotypes. Also, Fox studio's only care about viewer ratings and it never had the ratings that Simpsons and Futurama achieved.

You could then use Nero software or some other Media Center type of software to view the videos. Now if you have an Xbox 360 and bought the VGA adapter for $39.99, and can view everything in HD directly through your monitor.

It sounds like you have a defective machine. If under warranty, either take it back to the store if the manufacturer supports that procedure or return it to the manufacturer. If out of warranty buy one of a different brand.

You cant. it was never released to the public on either video cassette or DVD format. it was only shown on 35mm movie print, and very few of those exist nowadays if it was released on DVD, it would be around 22 discs.
