How can you find the version of La Ghirlandeina sung by Frankie in Miller's Crossing?

I don't think you can in short, but you can find Pavarotti's version from the Mamma album which is close. What makes it difficult to track down is that it is called 'A Gramadora' on the album, but it's the same song. It starts out with a full choir, then Pavarotti sings solo, which is close to what you hear in the film, with additional orchestra accompaniment. It took me awhile to find it myself. I hope this helps. Available on iTunes.

Can you do the salsa alone?

While salsa is typically a partner dance, you can practice it alone by focusing on footwork, body movement, and rhythm. Many dancers use solo practice to improve their skills, such as learning basic steps or styling. Additionally, some styles of salsa incorporate solo routines, allowing dancers to express themselves without a partner. However, the full experience of salsa often involves dancing with others.

What is the best monolouge to audition for Rapunzel from Into the Woods?

For an audition as Rapunzel in "Into the Woods," consider using her solo song "Stay With Me," which captures her longing for connection and her complex emotions about her mother. Alternatively, you could choose a monologue that highlights her innocence and desire for freedom, showcasing her internal conflict between the safety of her tower and the yearning for the outside world. Focus on conveying vulnerability and strength, as these qualities are central to Rapunzel's character.
