The Earl of Gloucester in King Lear has his eyes plucked out and crashed down by Cornwalls and his wife Regan (Lear's corrupted daughter) in Act IV scene 6.

That's what I know, maybe some character(s) in other plays also lose(s) an eye. It would be likely, as sight is very important in literature. I hope it helped you, goodluck ^^
