This takes place in Season 1, Episode 15, The One with the Stoned Guy. Phoebe has a friend who owns a restaurant and is looking for a new chef. Monica enlists Rachel and Phoebe to help impress with the meal. Phoebe brings the guy over, played by Jon Lovitz. He got stoned on the way over and ruins the entire meal. He craves sweets and eats the food without enjoying it, irritating Monica. She tells him to leave.
